Feather Touch Impex Pvt. Ltd., located at P-7, Kasba Industrial Estate, Kolkata – 700 107 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), provides a one-year limited warranty on its bags (hereinafter referred to as "the Products") from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:

• Damages resulting from mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repairs, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, rain, or water.

• Damage due to the removal of powder coating, gold plating, or wood finish on locks, frames, channels, and other metallic surfaces.

• Physical damage to any part of the Product, including but not limited to zip bursts, dents, scratches, tearing of inner lining, leather trimmings, net mesh, or any other fabric components.

The Company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective Product at its sole discretion. In the case of replacement, the defective Product will be substituted with a new or equivalent model, as determined by the Company. The warranty period for the replacement Product will commence from the original date of purchase and not from the date of delivery of the replacement. If a replacement is provided, the customer must return the defective Product at their own cost before receiving the replacement.

To enhance customer satisfaction, the Company continuously updates Product specifications. If any parts for a particular Product are unavailable, the Company may, at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a discounted price in place of the defective Product.

The Company's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product. Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.

Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this Warranty Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction only.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, all components of the package are made from non-hazardous materials and designed for eco-friendly disposal.
 

Consumers can responsibly discard their used, broken, or damaged packages through the designated collection network, which is typically managed by local recyclers, scrap handling agents, and similar entities.
